although our generation has received much criticism, i am still proud of being one of the 90 generations. many people consider us as open, bold, outstanding character, early-maturing, and selfish and so on. actually, i don’t think those descriptions are bad. what we perform is the need of society. we are open and bold means we ready to connect with the world. i think our outstanding character is necessary. don’t you think it is terrible that everyone in the world is the same? as for early-maturing, i think it is good for us to do well preparation for entering the society. last, i don’t think people can criticize us to be selfish. people often say that everyone is selfish. 90 generation is a promising new generation.

虽然我们这一代人已经受到了很多批评，我仍然以作为一名90后而感到骄傲。许多人都赋予我们这样的头衔，开放，大胆，突出的性格，早熟，自私等。实际上，我不认为这些描述是属于批评性的。我们的表现纯属社会需要。我们开放、大胆意味着我们准备好与世界接轨了。我认为我们突出的性格是很有必要的。你不觉得如果这个世界上每个人都是的话，该是多么可怕的吗？至于早熟，我认为这是我们为进入社会做好准备。最后，我不认为人们可以随便批评我们是自私的。大家不常说，人人都是自私的。90后是前途光明的新一代。

its the age of information now and information is very important in the society.we need verious of information to live a normal life.we need to know the lastest news ,listen to the weather forecast,learn about the newly published books and many other things we are interested in and want to know.

there are many way of acquiring information,for e_ample we can watch tv,listen to radio, read newspaper and magazines and go on line which is to most popupar ,convienent and effective way now.

living in such an age of information,what should we to to face up to the challenge of it?i think we should try our best to learn as much knowledge as we can and try to master the new techonology.

这是信息和信息是非常重要的社会需要各种信息过正常的生活中需要知道的最新消息的时候，听天气预报，了解新出版的书籍和许多我们有兴趣和想知道的其他事情。

有许多途径获取信息，例如我们可以看电视，听广播，看报纸、杂志和上网是欢迎的，方便和有效的方式了。

生活在这样一个信息时代，我们要面对的挑战是什么呢？我认为我们应该尽我们的努力尽可能学习和掌握新的技术知识。

when students finish their high school, most of them will to go study in college, the first thing they do is to choose the major. choosing the major is a big problem for every college student, not only for chinese students, but also for the students around the world. students will face the factors such as their interest is more important or the future of the major worth being first concerned.

当学生读完高中，大部分人会去大学学习，他们要做的第一件事就是选择专业。选择专业是对每个大学生来讲都是件大事，并不仅仅对于中国的学生，对于全世界的学生来说都一样。学生仍然面临着他们的兴趣更重要还是专业的将来更重要的问题。

on the one hand, most parents care about the future of the major. when students decide the major, parents will interfere with their own opinion, they want their children can have a bring future, so they care much about the needed talent of the society. thus the children can find a promising job and earn more money.

一方面，大部分父母关注专业的未来。当学生选择专业时，父母会干涉，他们想要孩子有一个光明的未来，所以他们很关注社会需要什么样的人才。这样孩子可以找到一份有前途的工作，赚更多的钱。

on the other hand, students want to choose the major that they are interested. this is often contradicting with their parents’ opinion. some students want to learn art, but most parents won’t be allowed it because it is hard for students to find a job. everyone admits that interest is the first factor, with it, students will feel happy.

另一方面，学生想要选择他们感兴趣的专业。这经常和父母的意见相左。一些学生想要学艺术，但是大部分父母不会同意，因为这很难让学生找到工作。每个人都觉得兴趣是第一个要素，有了兴趣，学生才会感到快乐。

when choosing the major, students should considerate their parents’ opinion, most parents are open-minded, they will respect the kids’ willingness.

当选择专业的时候，学生应该考虑他们父母的意见，大部分父母是开明的，他们会尊重孩子的意愿。
