different people have diffhrent views on money. it is held that money is the source of happiness. but it is also held that money is the root of evil.

those who hold the first opinion think that with money one can enjoy everything lu_urious in the world; one can eat delicacies and drink good wine, can buy a lu_urious house or car, and can travel around the world. in contrast, those who hold the second view think that with money some people visit prostitutes and abuse drug, others bribe government officials, manipulate an election or the parliament, even form terrorist organizations and launch unjust wars.

in my opinion, money is something but not everything. not every rich person is happy, nor is every poor person unhappy. besides, i think money itself is neither good nor bad. it is the person who uses money that can be regarded as good or bad. money can be used to build a country but it can also be used to destroy a country. therefore, money itself has nothing to do with happiness or evil.
